Ilike the picturses in your comic and i also like that you do your own style of comic and i thnk you put a whole lot of time into your comics so thats the rating people are going to get because they like your comics so much i would give your comic 100% of your rating
There was a scientist who asked the same question and proved that in the time it takes to observe what time it is and tell someone else it will be a different time. In fact this is true for EVERYTHING. It’s called the Uncertainty principle and more information can be found here.
